If your request is beyond what we can control and promise, our team will be in touch to discuss your options. Whilst customers can leave special delivery requests during checkout, not all requests can be fulfilled as they may exceed the level of service provided by a third-party transport company.Due to the nature of the bulky and often long-length products that we sell, orders can often arrive in multiple deliveries within a day or two of each other, this is because the couriers classify them as “non-conveyable” and they may be separated whilst moving through their networks. This can serve as an estimate to help you plan for your delivery, however, any additional information, such as delivery updates, planned delivery dates and tracking etc (if available), will be provided after we process your order, this will be provided to the contact details you provide during checkout. Estimated delivery times are given in the green “Direct Delivery” box on each product page, the delivery times advertised are based on what’s advised by our suppliers and delivery partners.Whilst we carry many products in stock at our own warehouse and do handle our own distribution for some orders, we also dispatch orders directly from our suppliers, this enables us to offer a fast and efficient service on a vast range of products. We use a mix of haulage companies, couriers, and manufacturers’ own transport as well as distribution partnerships to enable us to offer everyday low prices to our customers. We ask that customers have the ability and willingness to accept their orders and move the goods to where they want them on their property/site. Bulk and palletised deliveries are a “kerbside service”, this means that the delivery company’s driver will deliver to the nearest roadside access point to your property, however, they will not provide a labour service, such as, unpacking your order and carrying it to the bottom of your garden, for example. ![]() We sell roofing and building products that are often bulky, heavy or long lengths, this means that we use a mix of delivery services, such as palletised haulage, couriers and transport arranged by our suppliers, to deliver directly to you. We don’t currently offer a delivery service outside of the United Kingdom or to Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, some products (timber, aggregates, bulk materials etc) may not have a delivery option to remote locations, and a notice will appear instead of a delivery price after a postcode has been entered. An accurate delivery cost to such locations will be given on the checkout page after a postcode has been entered. For example, 30 packs of roofing tiles would require a palletised delivery that costs more than it would to deliver a single box of fixing screws via courier.ĭelivery to remote locations, such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands is available for the vast majority of products, however, please understand that there will be an increased lead time and additional costs for delivery to remote locations. ![]() Unfortunately, we are unable to offer faster delivery than what’s advertised.Īll delivery costs are given clearly in the basket and checkout pages before you pay, this is based on delivery to the UK Mainland, and can vary depending on the delivery service required for the items you’re looking to purchase. We use a mix of different delivery services so delivery times can vary from product to product, this is why we display the delivery time clearly in the green “direct delivery” box on each product page.
